Our Story
Brilliant Esystems Limited was incorporated in Kano on 8 December 2021 under RC 1870949 and commenced trading on 10 September 2025. It builds on the older sister company, Mannir e-Systems Nigeria Limited, run by the same founder. Today the group delivers software, embedded and IoT work and ICT training, and operating systems that thousands of civil servants, clinicians and bank staff depend on every working day.
The shape of the company has changed; the working method has not. We take the whole problem — requirements, build, integration, migration, training, and the years of operation that follow.

Enterprise technology, built and operated in Nigeria
Brilliant Esystems Limited designs, builds and runs the systems that carry an organisation's real work: revenue collection for state governments, hospital information systems for teaching hospitals, integration layers behind core banking, and the networks and data-centre capacity underneath all of it.
We work across software engineering, systems integration, cloud and data centre, cybersecurity and compliance, managed IT services, data and analytics, and ICT training. Clients come to us for one of those and usually stay for several — because the team that built the system is the team that keeps it running.

The received wisdom in Nigeria has long been that serious enterprise systems must be imported, and that local teams can only be asked to maintain them. We have never accepted that, and the systems set out under Portfolio are the argument.
Everything we run — the revenue platforms, the hospital systems, the data centre — was specified, written and is operated by Nigerian engineers, most of whom came to us through our own graduate and SIWES programmes. That is deliberate. Capability you have built yourself is capability that stays.
What we offer a client is unglamorous and hard to fake: we scope honestly, we build to a standard, we hand over properly, and we are still there in year five when something needs fixing at two in the morning. If that is what you are looking for, we should talk.

Custom applications, management information systems and integration layers, written to a reviewed standard and handed over with the documentation to maintain them.
We Operate
Cloud and data-centre infrastructure, networks and a 24x7 security operations centre, run against contractual SLAs our clients can hold us to.
We Train
Our ICT academy and SIWES programme bring Nigerian graduates into real production work — and are where most of our own engineers came from.
