Press Releases

Official announcements from Brilliant Esystems Limited — certifications, contract milestones, partnerships and company news, with a full searchable archive going back to 2022.

About Our Announcements

Everything on this page is an official statement of Brilliant Esystems Limited, RC 1870949, issued by the office of the Managing Director and cleared by the Company Secretary before release. We publish sparingly. A release goes out when there is a verifiable milestone — a certification granted or renewed, a system taken into live service, an office opened, a partnership signed, or a change in the composition of the Board or executive management.

We do not issue releases about contracts we have merely bid for, about intentions, or about work whose client has not agreed to be named. Where a public-sector client is named, that naming has been cleared with the institution concerned. Where financial figures appear, they are drawn from our audited accounts or from the signed contract value and are stated as such.

Journalists, analysts and sector researchers are welcome to contact us directly. We aim to respond to media enquiries within one working day and can usually make a named spokesperson available for interview at short notice in Kano, or by video call. Background briefings on the Nigerian enterprise technology sector are offered on an unattributed basis where that is more useful.

No releases published yet

This page previously carried announcements that had not been issued. They have been removed. Brilliant Esystems has not published a formal press release to date, and we would rather say so than fill the page.

The standard set out above still holds and is what we will publish against: a release goes out when there is a verifiable milestone, a certification granted or renewed, a system taken into live service, an office opened, a partnership signed, or a change to the Board or executive management. Nothing about a contract merely bid for, and nothing naming a client who has not agreed to be named.

Journalists and analysts are welcome in the meantime. What we can evidence today is the delivered work set out under Portfolio, including the banking platform running four licensed microfinance banks and the university e-learning estate carrying close to thirty-eight thousand accounts. We will walk you through any of it and arrange client references where the client consents.

Archive

There is no archive yet, for the reason given above. When releases begin, they will be listed here in date order with the full text of each retained permanently, including any that we later have to correct. A correction notice will sit with the original rather than replacing it quietly.

Media Resources

The materials below are supplied to journalists, analysts and event organisers on request. Write to [email protected] stating which items you need, your outlet or organisation, and your deadline. Requests received before 3pm on a working day are normally fulfilled the same day.

Media Kit

PDF and editable formats

A pack covering the company’s history, service lines, certifications and office locations, together with an approved 100-word and 250-word boilerplate description. Request it by email; state whether you need the PDF, the Word version or both.

Logo and Brand Assets

Vector and raster, with usage rules

Primary and reversed logo files in SVG, EPS and PNG, plus the brand colour specification and clear-space rules. Supplied with a one-page usage note. Please request these rather than lifting artwork from the website, as the site versions are compressed for web use.

Executive Biographies

Short and long form, with portraits

Approved 80-word and 300-word biographies for members of the executive management team and the Board, with high-resolution portrait photographs. Name the individuals you need in your email. Portraits are cleared for editorial use only and should be credited to Brilliant Esystems Limited.

Company Fact Sheet

One page, updated quarterly

A single page carrying registration details, founding year, staff numbers, office addresses, service lines, certifications and current headline figures. Updated at the end of each quarter. Ask for the current edition by quarter, for example “Q3 2026 fact sheet”, when you write to us.

Media Contact

Media Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly do you respond to media enquiries?
We aim to acknowledge every enquiry within one working day and to provide a substantive response within two. If you are working to a tighter deadline, say so in the subject line — mark it “DEADLINE” with the time — and we will do our best to meet it. The mailbox is monitored Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm West Africa Time.
Will you comment on a client’s project?
Only with the client’s written agreement. Many of our engagements are with public institutions and banks whose own communications rules govern what may be said. If you have already obtained comment from the client, tell us and we will usually be able to add technical detail on the delivery side.
Can I get a comment on a competitor or on a general sector story?
We are glad to give context on Nigerian enterprise technology — cloud adoption, security posture, skills supply, procurement practice — and can do so on the record or on background. We do not comment on named competitors, on live procurement exercises, or on matters before any tribunal or court.
Do you provide figures for publication?
Yes, within limits. Audited revenue, staff numbers, office locations, certification status and project counts are all published and may be quoted freely from this website or the fact sheet. We do not release client-level contract values unless the client has already made them public, for instance through a procurement disclosure.
How do I request a correction?
Write to us at [email protected], copying [email protected], setting out the statement in question and the correct position. Where we have published something inaccurate we will correct it and note the correction. We ask for the same courtesy in return.
Can your executives speak at our conference or panel?
Frequently, yes, and we do not charge speaker fees for sector events in Nigeria. Send the date, venue, audience profile, session format and the subject you would like covered to [email protected] at least four weeks ahead. We will confirm availability and propose the most suitable speaker from our team.
Do you offer embargoed advance copies?
Yes, for both press releases and whitepapers, normally five working days ahead of publication. We will confirm the embargo date and time in writing. We honour embargoes strictly and expect the same; a broken embargo ends advance access for the outlet concerned.
